Job Responsibilities :

• Implement physician orders, administer medications, start IVs, and perform various treatments, documenting all procedures in accordance with company policy and applicable regulations.
• Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests to accurately assess patients' conditions.
• Assess and evaluate patient needs and responses to care provided.
• Utilize sound nursing judgment to make informed patient care management decisions.
• Provide primary and emergency care for both occupational and non-occupational injuries and illnesses.
• Administer both over-the-counter and prescription medications as prescribed.
• Collaborate with the nursing team to develop comprehensive Plans of Care for all patients.
• Guide and direct ancillary personnel while upholding professional nursing standards.
