Bilingual Recruiter (Spanish)
We are seeking a bilingual recruiter to provide essential support to the human resources department, with a focus on staffing, recruiting, and maintaining HR records for legal and regulatory compliance. Responsibilities include sourcing, screening, scheduling, and interviewing candidates, as well as conducting background checks and coordinating assessments. The role involves developing recruitment programs, managing external recruiters and agencies, and maintaining relationships with colleges, universities, and technical schools to attract qualified applicants. The recruiter will organize and attend recruitment events such as job fairs, manage job postings, maintain affirmative action data, and ensure accurate recordkeeping in HR systems. Confidentiality and professionalism are vital, as is the ability to act as a liaison among departments, employees, agencies, and applicants. Additionally, the role supports various HR initiatives and upholds company policies related to quality, safety, and environmental standards.
