Operations Supervisor

Safely monitor and supervise all site operations and employees while ensuring all equipment is in proper working order. Provide leadership to foster positive employee / employer relations. Project a professional corporate image, manage resources effectively, implement sound risk management, maintain high production standards, and support business expansion and profitability.

Key Responsibilities include :

• Sustaining a productive and motivated workforce by screening, selecting, hiring, training, developing, and evaluating personnel to meet service commitments;
• Adhering to all wage and hour laws and compensating personnel according to established guidelines;
• Ensuring safe working conditions at each job site;
• Developing and implementing preventive maintenance programs to reduce downtime and costs;
• Scheduling and conducting safety meetings, documenting attendees and topics;
• Ensuring safety guidelines are followed and duties performed safely;
• Maintaining necessary records;
• Managing inventory of supplies and materials;
• Operating equipment as necessary;
• Conforming to all applicable laws, regulations, policies, and directives;
• Performing other related duties as assigned.
