This role is responsible for sales activities from lead generation through closing the customer. Develop and implement agreed upon Sales and Marketing Plan which will meet both personal and business goals of expanding customer base in the marketing area. Work with the center’s management and support teams for the achievement of customer satisfaction and revenue generation, in line with company vision and values.

Position Requirements
We are looking for a successful salesperson with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in B2B sales with a proven track record of prospecting for new business and closing a high level of sales timely and with a passion for exceptional customer care. Our expectation for this role is a monthly sales quota of $20K by the third month after hiring, with expectations of hitting $275K by the end of your first 12 months. Commissions are typically 10% of gross and are not capped!

Responsibilities
  • Develop annual sales plan with leadership, detailing activities to follow during the fiscal year, which will focus the position on meeting or exceeding sales quota.
  • Demonstrate the ability to carry on a business conversation with business owners and decision makers.
  • Consultatively sell and make recommendations to prospects and clients using various products and Brand Standards.
  • Identify sales prospects and create introduction and follow-up touches.
  • Develop and maintain our CRM database of qualified leads through referrals, telephone canvassing, face to face cold calling on business owners, direct mail, email, and networking.
  • Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from telephone, marketing and field activity.
  • Prepare estimates and sales contracts; maintain customer touch throughout the sales process.
  • Manage your project post-sale, ensuring proper due dates, proof approvals, customer payments to ensure timely project completion.
  • Prepare status reports, including activity, closings, follow-up, and adherence to goals for weekly sales meetings.
  • Assist in the implementation of company marketing plans as needed.
  • Carry out market research and identify prospective targets through cold calling, emailing, and other marketing efforts.
  • Identify and resolve customer satisfaction issues.
A Successful FASTSIGNS Outside Sales team member will:
  • Work with customers across many industries and provide solutions that make an impact in their workplace.
  • Prospect for new business, network, and build customer relationships.
  • Sell a unique, exciting product line completely based on customer needs and desires.
Ideal Qualifications for FASTSIGNS Sales Team member:
  • Bachelor's degree in sales or equivalent desired.
  • 3-5 years' prior sales success, commercial sign sales experience a plus.
  • Prior B2B consultative sales experience required.
Compensation: $40,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
