Responsibilities
What Youll DO :
- Create a warm, engaging experience for everyone who calls or visits our office.
- Assist clients with policy changes, proof of insurance, scheduling, and general questions.
- Process mail, emails, and text requests efficiently and accurately.
- Respond to client requests within designated turnaround times.
- Use sound judgment and initiative to confidently solve problems.
- Come prepared for team meetings, demonstrating professionalism and time management.
- Stay current on industry trends, company products, and market updates.
- Accurately document all communications using our software tools.
Requirements
What You Bring :
At least twelve months of excellent customer service experience.A calm, professional presence and clear communication skills, especially under pressure.A genuine willingness to be a team playerDependable, detail-oriented, and self-motivated with a strong work ethic.Ability to work independently while collaborating with the team.Proficiency with computers and technology.Flexibility with work schedule and willingness to adapt to agency needs.Must pass a background check and obtain your Washington P&C insurance license before your start date. (We pay for your pre-licensing course and reimburse exam costs!)You'll Exceed in This Role If You :

Salary range : $45,000$85,000 (DOE), higher end includes bonus and commissions
