Job description

Position :

  • Customer Service Representative Location :  Spokane Valley Full-Time | Hourly ($16.66–$20.00 DOE) + Commission + Benefits Schedule :  Tuesday – Saturday, 9AM–6PM This isn’t your typical grind-it-out call center role.

What You’ll Do :

  • Own the phones —manage inbound and outbound calls with confidence and energy.
  • Create great experiences —schedule appointments, follow up with customers, and keep satisfaction high.
  • Leverage smart tools —work with advanced CRM technology to stay organized and effective.
  • Work comfortably —enjoy a sit / stand desk setup for flexibility.
  • Show your presence —assist customers in the showroom as needed Jump in when needed —flexibility to help during peak seasons and big events like home shows.

    • What We’re Looking For :

  • Experience with both inbound and outbound calls —you know the pace, the flow, and how to keep energy up on a full shift.
  • Strong communication and active listening skills.
  • Great time management and organizational habits.
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • A positive, winning attitude with a passion for customer satisfaction.
