A Nocturnist role requires working exclusively overnight shifts. Candidates must be comfortable with a nocturnal schedule and possess the ability to deliver exceptional patient care during nighttime hours. People First in Mechanicsville Local Team Collaboration Join our close-knit team of 5 physicians and 3 advanced practitioners at Memorial Regional Medical Center and our larger team of 9 advanced practitioners and 15 physicians across our four critical care programs in the Richmond area. Work alongside an experienced, dedicated critical care team. Qualifications Board Certified Nurse Practitioner. Active NP license with at least 3 years of independent critical care experience. Authorized to work in the United States. Practice in the Heart of the Community Scheduling Modified block scheduling. Nocturnist : 12-hour night shifts. Key Responsibilities Collaborative ICU coverage with critical care physicians. Management of critically ill patients in the ICU.
