RSAC Conference has been the cybersecurity industry's premier gathering for 34 years. Now, we're embarking on our most ambitious initiative yet : transforming from an annual conference into a year-round community platform that serves the global cybersecurity workforce. You'll be building something entirely new. As our first dedicated product marketing hire for the RSAC Membership platform, you'll have the rare opportunity to shape a product from the ground up in a massive market with significant growth potential. This isn't about optimizing an existing product—it's about creating the go-to-market foundation for a platform that aims to become the definitive resource where cybersecurity professionals connect, learn, and collaborate year-round.

What You'll Do

• Messaging & Positioning Development : Define and own product positioning; develop value propositions for our freemium model that drive conversion; create compelling messaging architecture that differentiates us from competitors; develop customer segmentation and targeting strategies spanning security analysts to CISOs.
• Go-to-Market Strategy & Campaign Creation : Be a trusted partner to the product team. Leverage customer data and research to recommend product enhancements & features; build comprehensive GTM strategies for both B2C membership acquisition and future B2B enterprise opportunities; design and execute omni-channel campaigns that drive product adoption and revenue growth; write and develop marketing content including messaging documents, web copy, email campaigns, case studies, and blog posts.
• Market Intelligence & Analysis : Become an expert on the cybersecurity professional development landscape and competitive threats; track industry trends, customer feedback, and market opportunities to inform strategy; use data-driven insights to optimize campaigns and improve conversion metrics; collaborate with RSAC Research teams to translate research insights into marketable differentiators.
