We are seeking a dynamic and organized individual to join our team as an Office Paraprofessional. The ideal candidate will be proficient in both English and Spanish, possess excellent communication skills, and have the ability to remain calm and professional during interactions with parents and guardians. This role requires strong computer skills, including proficiency in Google Docs and Google Spreadsheets.
Qualifications and Responsibilities include:
Communicate effectively with parents and guardians in a calm and professional manner.
Utilize computer skills to maintain accurate records and reports
Take detailed and accurate notes for attendance purposes to track student whereabouts when absent.
Listen carefully and comprehend instructions provided by supervisors and colleagues.
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Demonstrate non-judgmental attitudes towards student situations.
Write clear and concise emails for effective communication.
Ensure regular attendance and punctuality.
File documents into student cumulative reports and update residency documents in student folders.
Follow directions meticulously and demonstrate a self-starter attitude in completing tasks.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Previous experience in administrative roles or similar positions is preferred.
