Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) for our Sales Team, where you'll play a vital role in growing and supporting our customer base. The CSR will be key to delivering outstanding customer service while contributing to our sales initiatives. The ideal candidate will have prior customer service experience, preferably in a technical or industrial setting, and be a detail-oriented, proactive problem-solver dedicated to delivering high-quality support, driving customer satisfaction, and building long-term loyalty.

Essential Job Duties

• Process customer quotes, purchase orders, RMAs, and related tasks efficiently and accurately.
• Provide product information, pricing, and order status updates to customers.
• Identify and prioritize issues, coordinating with engineering, production, and other departments to ensure timely solutions.
• Assist outside sales representatives with quotations, proposals, and customer inquiries.
• Inbound calls - 30-40 calls a day. Could be less or could be more based on day.
• Handling online chats daily - not very many but they have a chat line.
• Order Entry - 5-20 orders a day with 2-10 line items on avg.
• Supporting all product lines - over 1K SKEWS, 100's of parts.
• Handling quotes for customers and providing them a rough quote with no PO's.
• Managed details on taxes for quoting and orders that need to be applied.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
