Maintenance Supervisor – Multi-Family Properties

Location : Everett, WA

Compensation : $35 / hour

Employment Type : Full-Time

We are actively seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to join our apartment management team! Ideal candidates are team players with strong communication skills, a high level of professionalism, and hands-on experience in general construction and / or handyman work.

Position Overview

The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day upkeep of multi-family apartment buildings. This role is essential in maintaining property standards, enhancing tenant satisfaction, and supporting leasing efforts through excellent curb appeal and responsive service.

Key Responsibilities

Property Management

• Maintain building systems (roof, drains, lighting, etc.)
• Prepare property for seasonal changes
• Monitor and report suspicious activity
• Utilize basic computer skills (Google Docs, Sheets, Microsoft Office, ActiveBuilding)

Customer Service & Repairs

Vacancy Turnovers

Common Area Maintenance

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00 / hr.
