About the Role

An expanding global manufacturing leader is seeking a Process & Production Engineer to join its Eastern North Carolina team. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise in c hemical, polymer, or composite manufacturing, with a passion for process optimization, data-driven decision-making, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee production operations and ensure process stability and compliance
• Identify and implement improvements to enhance safety, efficiency, and product quality
• Lead technical investigations, root cause analyses, and process troubleshooting
• Prepare and maintain production documentation, SOPs, and change requests
• Support facility expansions, process upgrades, and new product trials
• Mentor junior engineers and serve as a technical resource across departments

Salary Range : $95,000 - $115,000 per year

Bonus : 10% annual performance bonus
