This job is a member of the Crew Scheduling Strategy and Support team within the Integrated Operations Division. Responsible for leading crew related cross-functional initiatives, driving decisions and monitoring implementations of solutions. Works closely with leadership and the product teams to establish project needs and deadlines while also coordinating activities among various stakeholders.

What You'll Do

• Manages and directs the work of project managers and provides managerial oversight for multiple projects
• Monitors project scopes, costs, schedules, staffing, communications, and deliverables
• Develops standards, processes, and tools used for effective project scheduling to set and manage quality targets
• Creates long and short-term plans, including setting targets for milestones and adhering to deadlines
• Tracks at risk metrics and facilitates actions to keep projects on track
• Establishes data collection and reporting processes to capture key metrics of project activities and provide frequent reporting updates
• Facilitates meetings, records minutes, follow up on actions taken, and logging of issues / risks
• Builds compelling presentations used to obtain alignment on key initiatives
• Effectively communicates status to stakeholders including various levels of leadership
• Tracks and updates Product Objectives and Key Results to ensure priorities are aligned with the business needs
