Standard Shift : -
Monday-Friday 8am-4 : 30pm or 9am-5pm.
The start time could vary depending on the time zone that they are supporting.
Hybrid schedule.
Tuesday-Thursday candidates ARE REQUIRED to be onsite.
Job Responsibilities :
- Scheduling interviews, initiating, and tracking drug screen and backgrounds during pre-employment stage for hourly and salary employees
- Provide topnotch candidate care. Ensure timely and accurate feedback to all inquiries for our Candidates, Recruiters, Hiring Managers and HR Partners
- Interview scheduling and manage scheduling conflicts and calendar changes from candidate and interview teams
- Initiate and monitor background checks and drug screens through completion via HireRight
- Responsible for troubleshooting and researching all background check and drug screen questions and concerns
- Manage and maintain candidate tracker and Applicant Tracking System with candidate pre-employment results using Excel and Workday
- Communicate to recruiting team any stated or perceived challenges throughout the recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding process
- Highest Level of Education : Bachelor’s in human resources.
- Minimum years of Experience : If a candidate does not have a bachelor’s degree, the candidate WILL NEED 3 to 5 years of HR experience.
