Job descriptionVehicle Repair : Inspect, diagnose, and perform a wide range of mechanical repairs and maintenance on various vehicle makes and models. System Specialization : Expertly perform wheel alignments and service modern vehicle air conditioning systems using both R134A and 1234YF refrigerants. Diagnostic Testing : Identify pre-existing and potential vehicle malfunctions through thorough inspection and testing of parts prior to installation / repair. Maintenance : Perform routine services, including oil changes, tire rotations, and other preventative maintenance tasks. Compliance : Ensure all vehicles comply with state inspection requirements. Customer Service : Professionally answer customer questions and provide detailed recommendations for necessary repairs and maintenance. Documentation : Maintain accurate, organized records of all completed and outstanding jobs. Experience : A minimum of 5 years of previous experience in a professional automotive technician role is required. Certification : Mandatory : Proven ability to perform alignments . Preferred : Vocational or postsecondary program completion. Preferred : ASE Certification is a definite plus, but not required. Skills : Extensive experience and proficiency with various shop tools and diagnostic equipment. Driving : Must possess a valid and clean driver's license with no restrictions .

Compensation & Perks
- Top Earning Potential : Top Mechanics can earn $12,000+ per month !
- Pay Structure : Competitive Flat Rate Commission paid bi-weekly.
- Schedule : Monday - Friday only! Enjoy every weekend off.
- Hiring Bonus : A $1,000.00 Signing Bonus (payable after 6 months of employment).
