Overview
Director of Sales (Salesforce). Our client is a fast-growing CRM and ERP services firm based in the Bay Area, CA, seeking a Director of Sales to lead their Salesforce Services practice. Location : Bay Area, CA. Remote with strong expectation for in-person client visits.
Responsibilities
- Generate leads through direct prospecting and strong Salesforce relationships
- Own sales cycles from qualification to close, including contract negotiations
- Collaborate with pre-sales and delivery teams on proposals and solutions
- Meet quarterly revenue targets and annual quotas
- Maintain post-sales client relationships to ensure satisfaction and growth
Requirements
10-15 years in IT sales; 5+ years selling Salesforce servicesExtensive network within Salesforce and with enterprise clientsStrong understanding of Salesforce products across all cloudsExcellent relationship management and communication skillsExperience managing cross-functional and global teamsJob details
