We seek a Senior Manager of Business Operations to join the SMB & Financial Services organization. This role will report to the Chief of Staff to the EVP of SMB & Financial Services and will play a critical role in enabling the leadership team to operate with excellence. The ideal candidate is a world-class communicator and synthesizer of complex information who can translate data and insights into compelling narratives for diverse audiences. They must also be skilled operators and project managers who can drive execution across a wide range of strategic initiatives and stakeholders. This is a highly visible role that spans strategy, analytics, and execution. It is an opportunity to learn the business end-to-end and have a real impact on how PayPal serves SMB customers worldwide.

Job Description

Essential Responsibilities :

• Lead complex projects of diverse scope to optimize operational processes.
• Participate in complex problem resolution and determine methods and procedures for new assignments.
• Drive global process improvements within the organization.
• Provide oversight and support for planning and management of financial, budget, and headcount targets.
• Act as a liaison between business leadership, staff, and other key partners.
• Influence the quality, efficiency, and effectiveness of business processes.
• Utilize internal and external data to provide actionable insights for business growth.

Minimum Salary : $111,500.00 Maximum Salary : $191,950.00 Salary Unit : Yearly
