Job descriptionCRNAs take 2nd call for backup emergency cases and OB monitoring. Call schedule : 1 weekday per week & 1 weekend per month. Current Staffing : 4 MDs (including Chief), aiming to increase to 6. CRNAs : Currently 5, looking to expand to 6. Some supervision of CRNAs. Annual Volume : 900 inpatient OR cases 5,000 outpatient cases (including endoscopy) 450 births per year Anesthesia Sites : Up to 7 at a time (4 ORs / 3 Endo suites). Bread & Butter Cases in Specialties Including : Bariatrics Non-invasive Cardiology ENT (including healthy pediatrics) General Surgery GI Orthopedics Urology OBGYN EMR : Meditech Salary : Highly competitive $325K Sign-on Bonus : $50K Relocation Reimbursement : Up to $10K Student Loan Repayment : $30K total ($10K / year for 3 years) (if applicable) CME & Professional Fees : $5,500 annual CME, dues, and licensure reimbursement Paid Time Off : Competitive PTO & CME time off Comprehensive Benefits Package : Health, dental, vision, 403B, life, and disability insurance Malpractice Insurance : Covered by Oswego Health
