We invite you to be part of our collaborative and compassionate team!\n\nYour Role & Responsibilities : \n\nThis is an active supervisor position with an hourly rate and available overtime.\n\nFull-time overnight shifts from 11 PM to 7 AM.\n\nCompensation : $44 to $50 Base Pay / Up to $55 with Differentials\n\nAs a Nursing Supervisor, you'll lead an interdisciplinary team dedicated to enhancing the health, comfort, and overall well-being of our residents. You'll manage facility operations while ensuring adherence to nursing policies, cleanliness, and safety standards.\n\nKey Responsibilities : \n

• Supervise and guide nursing staff to ensure high-quality care delivery.\n
• Oversee daily operations, including assigning staffing and resource allocation.\n
• Work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team to develop and implement effective care plans.\n
• Conduct regular assessments and audits to sustain quality standards.\n
• Provide mentorship, training, and ongoing support to nursing staff.\n

• Valid state nursing license.\n
• Advanced degree or certification is preferred.\n
• Experience in a supervisory or leadership role in a long-term care setting is preferred.\n
• A compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care.\n
• Interest in addressing the nursing needs of the elderly and chronically ill.\n
• Strong clinical, leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.\n
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.\n
