What We're Looking For

Cross River Bank is seeking a skilled Workday LMS Consultant to partner with our Talent Management team for a 2-4 week assignment. This role will be responsible for configuring, trouble shooting, and elevating Workday Learning, enabling the existing Workday LMS Administrator to optimally utilize the LMS, ultimately ensuring a seamless learning experience for employees. This role requires strong technical expertise, problem-solving abilities, and a passion for learning and development technology.

Key Responsibilities :

Workday and LMS Administration

• Ensure historical records have been uploaded and catalogued appropriately, including retroactive enrollments
• Maintain documentation repositories for system processes and configurations; refine Course Catalog with organized naming conventions
• Optimize Workday configurations, including business process modifications, security administration, and learning security segments
• Build new learning reports and dashboards to provide insights on learning trends, compliance training, and engagement
