We are looking for a reliable and motivated Maintenance Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for completing a variety of medium-to-small maintenance repairs in various communities throughout the Orlando & Kissimmee areas. All properties are within a 30-mile radius and mileage will be reimbursed.

The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, the ability to perform physical tasks as part of a team and must be proficient in English. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start a career in maintenance, with the potential for growth and development within the company. Previous experience in maintenance, janitorial work, or pool cleaning is preferred but not required. On-the-job training will be provided.

Location : The ideal candidate will need to live in the Kissimmee & Orlando area.

Key Responsibilities :

General Maintenance :

• Respond to maintenance work orders in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring that all tasks are completed to satisfaction.
• Perform routine and minor repairs and maintenance tasks, including fixing plumbing issues (e.g., leaks, clogged drains), electrical repairs (e.g., changing light bulbs, outlets, fixtures), and basic carpentry work (e.g., patching holes, repairing doors), minor concrete work, pressure washing and routine maintenance.
• Assist senior technicians and manager with more complex repair tasks when necessary.
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical systems, and minor repairs is a plus.
