Quality Control Analyst

For our Human-in-the-Loop (HITL) support for FOIA / PA, the Quality Control Analyst oversees the review of completed FOIA / PA requests to ensure the redaction process is accurate and complete to VBA standards. The role focuses on quality control, defect detection, and process improvement to ensure the highest quality output completing redaction of Veteran files. The candidate will work closely with the FOIA / PA technical tools staff and FOIA / PA subject matter experts (SMEs) to identify continuous process improvements using automated tools and manual redaction overrides. Candidates must have a REAL ID.

The likely salary range for this position is $59,500 - $80,500. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
