A company is looking for a Title Officer to evaluate and analyze title records for residential properties.

Key Responsibilities

Examine title search documents to identify requirements for clearing title and exceptions from coverage

Create and revise title commitments, ensuring compliance with underwriting guidelines

Communicate with clients and staff regarding title insurance coverage issues and ensure timely completion of title products

Required Qualifications

At least 5 years of title experience

High School diploma

Title Producer's License

Able to follow company procedures and policies

Strong research and investigative skills
