Operations Supervisor

As an Operations Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a safe and ergonomic work environment for the team. You will encourage suggestions, actions, and ownership for improvement. You will ensure process and product quality through adherence to standard work and other related procedures. You will be responsible for training the team and improving flow within the cells to meet customer demand. Additionally, you will oversee staffing requirements to meet established goals and line rates, and ensure inventory accuracy through established depletion, replenishment systems, and cycle counting processes.

Operations management, supervision, production, lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, manufacturing environment experience, bachelor's degree, hands-on supervision, management skills, safety, industrial knowledge.

Experience as a supervisor on the pump line, hands-on supervisor experience, continuous improvement knowledge.

This is a permanent position based out of Sanford, NC.

The pay range for this position is $80,000.00 - $85,000.00 / yr. Life Insurance, Dental Insurance, 401K, Holiday Pay (11 Holidays), PTO.

This is a fully onsite position in Sanford, NC. This position is anticipated to close on Dec 2, 2025.
