Job Summary :
This is an Administrative Assistant I position in the General Tax Administration Program, Receivables Management, Field Operations - Collection Process, in the Miami Service Center. The incumbent is responsible for performing administrative functions in support of the service center manager, such as compiling reports, developing agendas, transcribing meeting notes, and purchasing and reconciliation. The incumbent also maintains confidential personnel records and assists the audit process by preparing case files and updating audit computer systems.

The hiring salary for this position generally will not exceed $2,959.10 monthly / $35,509.24 annually.
