LocumJobsOnline is working with Wellhart, LLC to find a qualified Rad - Womens / Breast / Mammo MD in Mount Vernon, Illinois, 62864!

About The Position

We are seeking a Board Certified Mammography Radiologist for a 120-day locum tenens assignment in Illinois. This onsite opportunity begins Nov 11, 2025, and features a Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm CST schedule. The role focuses on breast imaging, including diagnostic and screening mammography, breast ultrasound, and biopsy procedures.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Interpret onsite breast imaging studies, including :
  • Screening 2D mammography (70 percent)
  • Diagnostic 2D mammography (14 percent)
  • Breast ultrasound (13 percent)
  • Breast biopsy procedures (2 percent)
  • Provide timely and accurate diagnostic reports
  • Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure quality patient care
