Marketing company is seeking a Controller that will serve as a key business partner to the CFO, helping drive strategic, operational, and financial decisions. This role will oversee the monthly close, financial reporting, audit processes, and ERP management, while supporting M&A integration and team development. The ideal candidate will bring strong GAAP expertise, leadership experience, and a collaborative mindset suited for a fast-paced, high-growth environment. 3x / week in NYC.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead financial reporting and monthly close processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP.
• Manage intercompany transactions and consolidation across multiple entities.
• Oversee tax strategy and compliance in coordination with external preparers.
• Serve as the primary contact for annual audits and quarterly reviews.
• Maintain and evolve ERP systems to ensure accurate financial data.
• Support M&A activities including financial system integration and due diligence.
• Mentor and develop a high-performing finance team.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver financial insights and support strategic initiatives.
• Ensure timely and accurate reporting for internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

Pay Details : $200,000.00 to $225,000.00 per year
