Manufacturing Process Engineer (Entry–Senior Levels) — Northern Iowa

This role touches troubleshooting, process optimization, equipment, customer work, and day-to-day operations. You'll learn a ton quickly and get meaningful ownership right away.

What You'll Do

• Support daily production and troubleshoot process issues
• Improve and optimize processes for custom customer jobs
• Assist with equipment installs, upgrades, and efficiency projects
• Write / update SOPs, work instructions, and operator training
• Work closely with operators, maintenance, quality, and leadership
• Identify bottlenecks and streamline workflows
• Become the go-to engineer for assigned processes
