Key Responsibilities :

• Performing electrical and mechanical troubleshooting to identify and resolve issues with non-functioning electro-mechanical equipment used in the manufacturing process.
• Dismantling, adjusting, repairing, and assembling equipment based on layout plans, blueprints, operating manuals, repair guides, or technical drawings.
• Using test and diagnostic equipment to perform equipment checkouts and ensure proper functionality.
• Rebuilding and refurbishing manufacturing equipment as needed to maintain operational readiness.
• Performing equipment modifications as directed by manufacturing engineers.
• Supporting continuous improvement initiatives by maintaining accurate maintenance records and recommending equipment upgrades or process improvements.
• Collaborating with manufacturing engineers and production teams to minimize downtime and ensure equipment reliability.
