Job Description
Manage all aspects of construction projects, including planning, scheduling, and budgeting. Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project requirements are met. Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays promptly. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes. Prepare and present regular progress reports to stakeholders. Oversee procurement of materials and equipment needed for the project. Foster strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business. Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance project efficiency.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Project Manager should have : a background in construction management or a related field; strong organizational and multitasking skills to handle multiple projects effectively; experience working on ground up custom home projects in the $10M range; excellent communication skills for liaising with clients and project teams; technical knowledge of construction processes and safety regulations; a proactive attitude with a focus on achieving results.
