Warehouse Manager

A large national kitchen cabinet manufacturing operation is seeking an experienced and motivated Warehouse Manager to lead the Arlington TX facility. This is an immediate opening for a dynamic leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment is committed to safety quality and continuous improvement.

Position Summary :

The Warehouse Manager is responsible for managing the entire site to ensure safety production goals on-time delivery cost efficiency and quality standards are met. This role oversees inventory management drives Lean initiatives and ensures compliance with all Environmental Health & Safety regulations. The manager will also handle performance evaluations pay reviews and provide daily operational reports to senior management.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage site operations to meet safety quality production and delivery targets.
• Develop and maintain accurate procedures for product modifications and assembly.
• Ensure material availability aligned with customer needs and inventory constraints.
• Drive Lean and continuous improvement initiatives across the facility.
• Oversee pay reviews and performance evaluations for team members.
• Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) to senior leadership.
• Maintain equipment efficiency and minimize downtime.
• Ensure compliance with Environmental Health & Safety standards.
• Coach and develop team leads to achieve performance standards.

Supervisory Responsibilities :

Qualifications :

46 years of related experience in manufacturing / assembly / warehouse operations.

Bilingual in English and Spanish (required).
