Overview

We are a busy, family-owned restaurant looking for a restaurant-experienced visual merchandiser to transform our in-store displays into profitable, sales-driving layouts .

What You’ll Do

Review our current restaurant setup (counter, dining room, takeout, retail shelves)
Design and physically execute attractive, functional layouts that encourage impulse buys
Create clear, compelling signage to highlight desserts, beverages, specials, and merchandise
Refresh displays seasonally or as promotions change
Work with ownership to track results and optimize over time

Who We’re Looking For

Proven experience designing in-restaurant merchandising or foodservice displays

A track record of increasing sales through product placement and layout

Ability to be on-site and hands-on — moving displays, setting up signage, styling shelves

Strong understanding of guest flow, upselling strategies, and food safety / display considerations

Project Details

Freelance / contract position (initial project with potential for ongoing seasonal work)

Competitive hourly or project-based pay

Flexible schedule — work can be completed during off-hours for minimal disruption
