Responsibilities
- Receive calls and email directed from AutoTec Customer Support Specialists or directly from customer's technical staff
- Diagnose and resolve technical and product functionality issues, route more technical problems to proper level of assistance
- Test and reproduce issues to determine the cause of the problem, and document any software deficiencies in issues tool
- Recognize and respond to systemic customer-impacting problems
- Assist with requested support tasks, such as monitoring, implementations, integrations, basic reporting, and testing
- Manage customer expectations and communications regarding resolutions and planned outages
- Provide Zendesk support to Customer Support Specialists
- Maintain strong, positive relationships with their customers as a representative of the company
