Caregiver PRN and On-Call

Touchmark at Mt. Bachelor Village, an award-winning senior living resort community on Bend's west side along the gorgeous Deschutes River, is searching for our next amazing, compassionate Caregiver to join forces with our incredible team!

Minimum starting wage :

$22.15 per hour entry level , or more, depending on experience.

Differentials for licensed CNA's are offered.

Variable shifts; full-flex availability and willingness to be on-call as needed

Differentials offered for swing and NOC / Weekend shifts that are picked up

Ideal candidates must have a heart for serving others, as well as :

A high school diploma or equivalent

A genuine interest in caring for the senior population and working in a geriatric environment, performing a variety of care activities to keep people healthy and safe

The willingness to continue learning and improving skills, as well as a commitment to confidentiality

The ability to maintain patient and display tactful and kind composure when dealing with residents, family members, and guests

Team player, ready to roll up your sleeves and work hard

Reliable

Be able to read, write, and speak English

Must be 18 years old or older

Experience preferred, but not required. We will train the right person!
