Key Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer service during encounters with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
Accurately manage patient information, including scheduling appointments and verifying insurance eligibility
Handle inbound and outbound calls while adhering to customer service standards and protocols
Required Qualifications
High School diploma or GED is required
1-2 years of experience in the service industry with a focus on customer service
1-2 years of experience in a medical office, call center, or collections is preferred
Typing speed of 40 words per minute
Basic computer skills and organizational abilities
