A company is looking for a Temporary Billing Missing Information Specialist II.
Key Responsibilities :
Conducts outbound calls to obtain missing or incomplete billing information for claim processing
Reviews client requisitions and supporting documents to validate and update account details
Identifies recurring errors in client submissions and provides feedback to improve billing accuracy
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education :
High School Diploma required; Associate's degree preferred
Minimum of 1 year of experience in medical billing or insurance claims processing
Basic knowledge of billing systems, payer portals, and HIPAA regulations
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong data entry skills and attention to detail
