Engineering Director
Eaton's Distributed IT Division within the Electrical Sector is seeking a dynamic Engineering Director for their organization to be ideally based in Chicago, Illinois.
What You'll Do :
Job Summary : Reporting directly to the Senior Vice President & General Manager of the Distributed IT Division (D-IT), the Director of Engineering will lead our engineering strategy, product development, and research and development function across our portfolio of power protection, connectivity, and energy infrastructure solutions. As the Director of Engineering, you will have the opportunity to drive innovation, sustaining engineering, and cost optimization across a diverse product portfolio leading a global organization and multiple cross functional teams impacting a $750M revenue business. You will play a critical role in advancing Eaton's digital infrastructure capabilities to support edge computing, data centers, and hybrid IT environments.

The expected median annual salary range for this role is 198,750 - $291,500 a year. This role is also eligible for a variable incentive program.
