Hire Type : Long Term Contract (1+ yrs)
Compensation : $60-70 / hrly

Overview :
We’re seeking a hands-on Process Engineer to support product development and low-volume manufacturing operations. This role focuses on designing efficient manual assembly processes, validating production methods, and improving material flow within a mini production environment.
Job Duties :
Provide Design for Assembly (DFA) feedback during product development
Develop manual low-volume assembly lines and equipment
Create work instructions and process documentation
Lead IQ / OQ / PQ process validation
Partner with vendors to design / build assembly equipment
Design layouts and workflows to improve efficiency
Manage material flow and production operations
Develop pFMEAs and risk documentation
Support packaging and pallet planning
Qualifications :
Proven Process Engineering experience
Experience with validation, manual assembly, and vendor collaboration
Strong understanding of layouts, workflows, and material management
pFMEA / risk documentation experience preferred
