Overview
Engineer III - Mechanic at L'Auberge Baton Rouge
Responsibilities
- Maintain and repair refrigerator equipment, boilers, and electrical, plumbing, and HVAC equipment.
- Fabricate, repair, and maintain equipment such as mechanical devices, motors, and pumps throughout the facility.
- Respond to maintenance requests in a courteous, timely, and expert manner.
- Assist in the installation, removal, or relocation of electronic equipment according to established priorities.
- Repair and install structural woodwork and equipment; prepare wall surfaces for painting and wall coverings to ensure proper operation according to schedules and standards.
- Perform upholstery work on hotel and casino chairs, sofas, gaming tables / layouts, restaurant booths, and equipment as needed.
- Install and maintain tile, marble floors, carpet, and carpet tiles.
- Conduct preventative maintenance checks on electronic equipment including fire alarms and satellite systems to fix potential problems before they cause downtime.
- Perform maintenance painting and carpentry to meet specifications.
