CRNA - Anesthesiology job available in Sacramento, California

Job Description

• Location : Walnut Creek, Antioch, Dublin, in Contra Costa, California
• Start Date : ASAP, as soon as credentialed
• End Date : Ongoing, 6 months commitment is highly preferred, with options to extend
• Shift Schedule : Variety of shifts are available, days are Monday through Sunday
• Must be able to travel to any of the 3 facilities
• Care Team Model; Supervision ratio is 1 MD to 3 CRNAs - 70 total Anesthesia providers
• Case Types : Bread & Butter, GS, Ortho, GYN Ophth, Urology, Neuro, Peds (ages 1-18),Thoracic, L7D / C-Section; May consider providers that can’t do Thoracic, Neuro, Peds, L&D / C-Section
• EMR : Epic
• Requirements :
• Board Certified CRNAs
• Active, unrestricted CA License
• Active, unrestricted CA DEA License
• Clean Malpractice / NPDB
• ACLS, BLS, MSQA, TEE, BLS, ACLS, PALS, etc. Certifications
• 3 month commitment; 6 month highly preferred, full time also highly preferred; may consider 2-3 weeks per month
• Must be able to travel to the3 different facilities; can be assigned to any of the facilities on any day
• Housing and Travel can be negotiated within the rate.
• Malpractice Insurance can also be negotiated within the rate.
