Business Banker

Think is seeking a Business Banker.  If you enjoy building relationships with your customers and finding the right solutions for their financial needs, the Business Banker position could be a great fit for you!

As a Business Banker you will actively engage in inquiring conversations with consumer and business customers providing financial care through thoughtful recommendations of products and services. Y ou will work closely with team members to serve as a resource for other front-line staff regarding consumer and business accounts and integrate opportunities to improve our customer's financial well-being. You will work with business customers to open and maintenance accounts, assist with credit requests, and help with questions and support via phone.

Additional Responsibilities :

• Actively engage in conversation with consumer and business customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate products and services
• Open and maintenance consumer and business banking accounts
• Demonstrate a thorough understanding of credit rules and principles, including being able to develop effective loan presentations
• Follow up with customers, as appropriate, to be sure their needs are met and their experience is exemplary
• Engage CSC and branch staff to ensure an outstanding, seamless experience for the customers
• Collaborate with business line advisors to provide customers the best options that serve their particular needs
• Ensure the safety and soundness of our organization by following policies and procedures

Education and Experience :

Schedule :   This is a full-time position working approximately 40 hours / week.  Typical hours are 8 : 00 a.m. - 5 : 00 p.m. Monday - Friday and rotating Saturdays from 9 : 00 a.m. - 12 : 30 p.m.

Compensation :   $38.09 / hour; non-exempt
