JOB HIGHLIGHT

ABFS is looking for a Licensed Building Engineer to operate and maintain a three-building suburban office campus for our client account in Morristown, NJ.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Utilizes advanced skills to perform complex preventive maintenance and corrective repair of buildings, industrial systems, equipment, and grounds.
• Working under limited supervision, monitors building system operations and performance.
• Utilizes several trade skills such as carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, roofing, heating, and cooling.
• Typically supports properties of more than 200,000 sqft.

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE

CERTIFICATES and / or LICENSES

Additional certification / experience in three or more of the following :

Candidates must possess a current Black Seal Low Pressure Boiler license issued by the NJ State Mechanical Inspection Bureau of Boiler and Pressure Vessel Compliance
