About This Role

As an Advanced Practice Provider in Palliative Medicine you will work with a team of healthcare professionals committed to providing quality care and excellent patient experience. In this role you will Work with alongside a very well established Palliative Care team of 2 other physicians, 3 APPs, a Social Worker, a Chaplain, and an RN

You will primarily practice at Utah Valley Hospital in Provo, UT

Occasional shifts at Intermountain Medical Center in Murray, UT

PRN – as needed role

You can expect 2-3 shifts a week through the end of the year then 4-5 shifts a week with a potential of moving to full time in the future.

What You’ll Bring

APRN or PA-C degree from an accredited program

1-2 years of experience in specialty care, Palliative preferred

No New Grads, Please

Active, unobstructed Utah medical license, or the ability to obtain one

Ability to successfully complete Intermountain Health’s credentialing process

The hourly range for this position is listed below. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience.

$56.76 - $87.59
