The Laurels of Gahanna is seeking a Director of Social Services. As the leader of our long-term care social services team, you will focus on guiding and advocating for residents with ongoing needs, while partnering with our dedicated discharge planner who manages the 72-hour care conference and short-term discharges. This allows you to concentrate on building meaningful, long-term connections and ensuring quality of life for our residents.

R esponsibilities :

The Director of Social Services supervises the S ocial Workers and guides facility staff in matters of residency advocacy,  protection, and promotion of resident’s rights.
