We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in behavioral therapy and special education, with a passion for improving the lives of individuals with developmental disabilities. As a BCBA, you will play a crucial role in assessing, designing, and implementing behavior intervention plans tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' behavioral and developmental needs.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment results and client goals.
- Implement evidence-based behavioral therapy interventions to promote positive behavior change.
- Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure effectiveness.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including educators, therapists, and family members, to provide holistic care.
- Maintain accurate medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Provide training and support to staff and caregivers on behavioral strategies and interventions.
- Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in the field.
Qualifications
