develop / sustain standard practices across programs; build value through commonality and a preventive approach; drive Continuous Process Improvement; build Customer Intimacy.
These objectives are attained by empowered teammates who enable consistent application of standard processes and procedures to reduce cost, while engaging counterparts in the exciting Sustainment business area.
All the while, the team ensures continuous and open communication with both internal and external customers.
The successful candidate will :
- Coordinate the scheduling of DD250 presentations across enterprise, and assist with resolving customer concerns.
- Provide training for Quality Control records review process, ensuring LM Aeronautics’ ability to deliver right first time DD250s.
- Develop standard training methods and content on the non-air vehicle DD250 processes.
- Assist in capturing data and driving process improvements.
