As a claims administrative support specialist, you'll play a vital role supporting our claims branch offices. In addition to ensuring essential administrative functions run smoothly, you may also interact with customers and medical providers by phone or in person when applicable.

Schedule : Monday-Friday day shift (8 : 30am - 5 : 00pm); This position will report to our Carmel, IN office full-time for the first 12 weeks. After the 12-week orientation, this role will transition to hybrid and you will have the opportunity to work from home 1 day per week. After 6 months of successful performance, you may work 2 days from home.
