MISSION OF THE POSITION
As a key member of our team for La Maison Valmont Beverly Hills, you will report directly to the Boutique Director, providing comprehensive support to both front and back-of-house teams.
In this role, you will embody the essence of the Valmont brand, acting as a dedicated "Valmont Ambassador" who upholds our brand pillars and core values while delivering a luxurious client experience.
Your enthusiasm for the brand will shine through as you create memorable moments that captivate our clientele.
TASKS & DUTIES
- Serve as the embodiment of the Valmont brand, ensuring each client interaction delivers memorable moments.
- Identify the customer needs and recommend our skincare products based on their concerns.
- Act as a brand ambassador and communicate accordingly.
- Cultivate and nurture client relationships to surpass commercial targets and build a loyal client base.
- Contribute to the achievement of the store commercial targets.
- Demonstrate curiosity and discovery to convert clients and drive sales.
- Accurately capture and manage client data to elevate the in-store experience.
- Assist with client hospitality, treatment room turnover and various elements of the store operations.

QUALIFICATIONS
- 3-5 years of experience in retail, luxury retail, or relevant client-focused roles.
- Coming with a book of clients is a strong asset.
- Experience in beauty and / or skincare is a requirement.
- Flexibility to work varying retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Proficiency in POS systems, client tracking systems and Microsoft Office.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
- Fluent in English, other language is an asset.
The candidate will be offered an hourly rate ranging from USD $26-$30 and commissions.
