Description
Work as part of a team to provide a full range of technical support for the technology systems throughout the resort. This includes video surveillance, webcams, cabling, RFID, POS, desktops\laptops and music infrastructure.Duties include Installs, configuration, deployments, maintenance, analysis, and troubleshooting.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- This is a part-time seasonal position. 3 days a week Saturday- Monday.
- Research and analyze the technical needs and resources of the resort, including developing a good working knowledge of the overall purpose of a particular function and its daily operations.
- Research and provide recommendations for various hardware and software solutions.
- Provide support and installation of POS systems and peripherals
- Provide technical support for all speakers, amplifiers and music streaming devices throughout resort.
- Provide technical support and configuration of desktops and laptops throughout resort
- Perform the physical installation, configuration and maintenance of IP cameras, speakers, cabling and computer hardware.
- Perform a variety of tasks related to the ongoing maintenance of devices as directed.
- Maintain documentation of systems and processes.
- Respond to trouble ticket, email and telephone requests for technology systems support needs.
- Provide superior service to our customers (internal and external) at all times.
- Follow the Lee Canyon Hospitality Guidelines while interacting with the guests and respond to all guests in a courteous, efficient manner.
- Document, track and monitor tickets to ensure timely resolution of all support issues.
- Perform other tasks as assigned.

Strong troubleshooting ability and the capacity to learn quickly.Solid working knowledge of PC / Laptop / Tablet hardware and peripherals.Experience with Windows OS.Knowledge of basic networking concepts andAssociate's degree in computer science or a combination of education and experience from which comparable knowledge and skills are acquired.Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in written and spoken English and a professional appearance and demeanor.Must be able to lift up to 50lbs.Must have a valid driver's license and be able to provide their own transportation.PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Must have the ability to lift up to 50 - LBS and carry 50 yards.Must be able to work in a standing position for up to 8 hours.Must be able to work outside in inclement weather and temperatures below 32 degrees for up to 8 hours.Preferred ski and or snowboard experience : None to Beginner
