Public Utilities Specialist (Contracts)
This position is located with Bonneville Power Administration, Transmission Services, Transmission Marketing and Sales, Transmission Sales, Transmission Account Services. A successful candidate in the Public Utilities Specialist (Contracts) position is responsible for long-term transmission contract development, finalization and administration, analysis, and assisting with customer issue resolution.

SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS :
GS-11 : A qualified candidate's online application and resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level GS-09 in the Federal service. Specialized experience for this position is defined as experience 1) writing business-to-business contracts for the sale of services consistent with standards, policies, and procedures and 2) gathering data and performing analysis to support contract negotiation and administration.
GS-12 : A qualified candidate's online application and resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level GS-11 in the Federal service. Specialized experience for this position is defined as experience in : 1) writing business-to-business contracts for the sale of services consistent with standards, policies, and procedures 2) gathering data and performing technical analysis to support contract negotiations, administration and assist with resolving customer issues; and 3) collaborating to resolve complex issues related to contract development or management.
There is no substitution of education for specialized experience at the GS-12 level.
